Owner and head roaster Chris first discovered coffee roasting more than a decade ago while living in Wellington, New Zealand. He had a dream to bring Wellington style coffee to Dundee and build Dundee’s first specialty coffee roaster.

Modern global supply chains mean we’re able to bring the very best coffees in the world to Dundee. Every month we taste dozens of in-season coffee beans in search of beans that best capture the flavour of their region. For example the best Ethiopian beans will have delicate floral and berry notes and our favourite coffees from Brazil and Colombia will be rich, nutty and chocolatey.
